Recipe for the Week: Classic Lasagna for St. Catherine of Siena

Celebrate the Feast of Saint Catherine of Siena with some classic Italian food, reading her Dialogue, or researching more about her life reading about it/sharing fun facts about her as a family.

Below is my own favorite, classic lasagna dinner that we will be eating on Wednesday in honor of Saint Catherine. I usually do make a little more bolognese sauce than the recipe calls for because we love a nice saucy lasagna and felt it was a little too dry otherwise.
